Everything was very good, marvellous location in the middle of jackson, the staff were amicable. Location: the hotel was right by markets and all stores and a working outlet. Cafe Cookie's by Design located 1 mi away was a nice surprise...

Comfortable bed, clean room, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the fitness centre was a nice perk for a quick workout .

The hotel is centrally situated, perfect for my walks and explorations around the area. My room was clean and the fridge was a nice touch.

Not what it used to be

We stayed for 2 nights and were really disappointed. The place has some serious issues. There were trash piles outside and a weird smell in our room. Plus, we found a roach trying to sneak into our snacks! The bar/lounge area was decent and made for a nice hangout.

Had a super chill room, real clean vibes and comfy pillows-ideal after a day exploring local eats! Plus, there's a pool to beat the heat! Dunkin' nearby made my mornings sweeter.

I loved lounging by the beautiful outdoor swimming pool, soaking up the sun on the comfy loungers. The BBQ facilities were a fun addition. My room was perfect-super clean, cozy, and had a mini fridge that was a lifesaver for keeping drinks cold!

Had a lovely stay! The beds were so comfortable, and I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet with Ms. Claudia. The large dining room for our event was a highlight, too.

The room was nice and comfy, but we had some issues. The shower was great, but they installed a water saver, made the bath unusable. The toilet was set super low for saving water, and it barely flushed unless I adjusted it back, which caused it to clog often. Just kinda frustrating. Those little annoyances, everything else in the room was cool!
